Already an Update!

Just made a couple of quick edits I thought of while I was driving around today, the larger ships start with Shuttles automatically included and the Dreadnaught starts with 1 Hull and 1 Engines. Also Passive Phases now offer 3 upgrades instead of 2, so that the average five-player game will start with roughly the same number of upgrades the game's base ships have.
